Zhengzhen Tan is published in Journal of Sustainable Real Estate

SUL researcher and lecturer Zhengzhen Tan’s paper (coauthored with Norm Miller) “Connecting Digitalization and Sustainability:  Proptech in the Real Estate Operations and Management” was just accepted for publication in Journal of Sustainable Real Estate.

Prof. Norm Miller is a professor and the director of the Real Estate Center at University of San Diego. Zhenghzhen and Norm have been working on this project for more than a year. This is a detailed paper exploring how to connect proptech with sustainability and climate in the real estate industry.

After her publication in the Journal of Real Estate Research two years ago, Zhengzhen now has another important academic journal publication – establishing her clear identity in our real estate industry and academia.
